About the Brand
Allegri, an historical Italian outerwear brand that was first established in the 1960s, specializes in waterproof fabrics used for raincoats, trench coats, caban jackets, and short jackets. It is part of the portfolio of Dismi 92 S.p.A., with headquarters in Vinci (Florence), whose shareholders are the Allegri family (with 60% of the shares) and the Orlando Italy equity firm, that acquired 40% of the company in March 2008. The company has a production plant in Florence that employs 130 people and also a prestigious showroom - Spazio Allegri - on Via Stendhal in Milan, in the heart of the famous Tortona Zone.
Due to the value added of being a family-run business and its production expertise gained over the years, Allegri has become an internationally renowned brand sold in leading department stores and multi-brand boutiques. The brand is also sold in Allegri boutiques on Corso Venezia in Milan's fashion district and on the historic Via Tornabuoni in Florence.
