- Nice pants, but I don't like bootcut style... by Peter
-
I likely expand the profile of the typical Bonobos buyer - A product of the 60s as opposed to the 1990s...And so I have these interesting memories of bell bottomed pants - the Bonobos version is labeled "boot cut". Now, if I lived in Montana/Wyoming/Colorado, ranched for a living and thus wore boots all the time, "boot cut" pants would be a welcome addition to my wardrobe. However, I live in the East, in an urban area and thus don"t have an interest in or need for boot cut pants. Just don't like'em anymore ( too many memories from long time ago). And so the point of this rambling is - Label your pants properly! Descriptions of almost every other pant offered states whether they are boot cut or straight legged. These did neither and so I assumed, incorrectly< they were straight legged.
Love'em otherwise and I think Bonobos understands that quality products with outstanding customer service equal a loyal and dedicated and growing customer base... - Amazing fit & feel by KM

Out of the box, these are some of the best pants I've ever felt; they're soft and feel "rich." The fit very comfortably, though, as others have noted, just a touch baggier than the washed chinos I bought at the same time. I get tons of compliments whenever I wear Bonobos, but never more so than with this pair. This pair convinced a co-worker who had been thinking about buying Bonobos to get on the computer and order a pair right that minute.
- Summer Pants? by Jonathan

Totally dig Bonobos pants, I celebrate the entire catalogue. I think Bonobos excels in their dress slacks, and especially their corduroy line. I own about 6 pairs of the mid-weight cords and 3 pairs of the pinwale cords, these navy trains being my most recent. Honestly, I liked the cut of last season slightly better. These are still just as flattering in the waist and seat (whis is the most important IMO), but this new season does tend to flare out a bit more at bottom by the mid-calf. Can't quite figure out why this is as it less becoming than last season's pinwale cords. Next time I see Andy on West 10th Street, I may have to confront him about this. All that being said, these pants are still dope and though they aren't quite as breathable as one might like in a summer pant (I wore mine to a cook out in CT yesterday, July 4th) and had to switch into shorts half-way thru, it's always been style over comfort when wearing pants in the summer anyhow. Hollar.

Great fit, as expected. Fabric is perfect summer weight and very comfortable. Color is navy with a dash of purple.
- Good fit but... by O.D

These look great, feel great, and have the true "bonobos cut" - slim above the knee, flare at the bottom, and a flattering behind. However the seams fray very easily.
After receiving them last week, I finally got a chance to wear them last night for a date. While on the subway a good samaritan sitting across me pointed to my crotch. There was a major hole revealing my boxers. Luckily I noticed before my date so I tried hide it all night. Embarrassing to say the least..
Not sure if I got a lemon or if the quality is just not there anymore..
From Bonobos: Orel - that sounds like a lemon. Give the Ninjas a shout and we'll replace those for you. Thanks for the feedback. - Love these! by Bonobeau

I bought the khaki, grey, and navy pinwales and these Navy Trains are my favorite. The color is wonderful - not too dark, a very "lively" navy. Also, the new fit (slightly wider leg opening) looks better in the navy than in the khaki and grey. The darker color has a slimming effect. These are as close to perfect as it gets.
