No Returns on Worn Underwear or items not in Unopened, Original Packaging. By US Government law, we can't accept returns for used or even gently worn underwear.
Actually, we're not sure if that's a law, but by Ninja Law, specifically the Anti-Gross Act of 2011, section 8.4, we wouldn't do that anyway since re-selling used underwear isn't our thing, but as always, we'll work with you to make sure you're 100% satisfied with anything you get on BONOBOS.com.
