Many people often advise us: you have to make shipping a profit center. Well, we're not going to do that.

If we're going to make money as a company, it's because we make awesome products, not because we fleece our customers by jacking up shipping prices.

The Bonobos shipping policy is simple. Our domestic shipping is completely free! If you're within the United States, we never charge for outgoing or return shipping, unless you want to upgrade your shipping method.

If you're an international customer, we ship with USPS or UPS and charge you exactly what they charge us for your initial outbound shipment. The average cost is about $19. Our carriers don't let us currently pay for return shipping on international returns, but if you make an exchange, we'll gladly ship your exchange back to you at no cost.
