Shipping FAQ
Why don’t you charge for shipping?
If we're going to make money as a company, it's because we make awesome products, not because we fleece our customers by jacking up shipping prices. We never charge for standard outgoing or return shipping within the USA.
How much is international shipping?
While the actual shipping cost depends on where you reside on this great planet, we charge you exactly what UPS charges us.
Something arrived damaged. Now what?
Call the ninjas at 877-294-7737. We'll send you a replacement straight away.
Returns FAQ
I can return anything? At any time? For any reason?!
Yep. No exceptions. We value your business and support and we’ll do anything we can to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
I received Bonobos as a gift. How do I return or exchange it?
You can use our handy online return tool or call us at 877-294-7737.
How do I return an internationally shipped order?
US customs laws prevent us from providing shipping labels for overseas returns, but if you ship your return items to our warehouse (address below) we'll do our best to help cover the shipping costs.

Fit FAQ
What makes your pants fit better?
We've corrected the bunching in the waist that is typical with most men’s pants with a proprietary curved waistband that follows the natural shape of your body. As a result, our pants never ride too high or too low. Even better, we employ a fitted style through the seat of our pants, giving you a much sleeker look. We've developed proprietary patterns for our polos, dress shirts and jackets that are cut just right for most men— not too tight, not too baggy. Gone are the days of choosing between something boxy but comfortable or fitted but constricting.
What size pants should I buy?
We're working on a comprehensive size guide, but we generally advise people to go with their normal size. If you are normally between sizes, our hunch is that you should order the smaller one. Once you've tried one pair, our Ninjas can make solid size recommendations for you in every style.
Why does my size fit me in one pant and not another?
Some factories have a tendency to interpret our patterns a little differently. We're embarrassed that this is the case, and we're working hard to iron out the consistency in sizing across all of our lines. The good news: having a variety of fits means we have something that works for most body types. We're working hard on a fit guide, but the Ninjas are a great resource in the meantime.
How should I care for my Bonobos?
Check the care instructions tag on the inside of the garment. In general, casual cotton items are fine for normal laundering. When in doubt, give the Ninjas a holler.
I live in NYC, can I come by your HQ to try things on?
Sure! We'd love to schedule some time for you to drop by, we have a couple of Fit Ninjas here to help. We don't keep sellable inventory in the office but we've got plenty of samples for you to get sized, try some clothes on, and feel fabrics in person. To set up an appointment, give our Ninjas a shout.
