Fresh innovation backed by a proud tradition.

Cone Denim® is an American icon for a reason: they make incredible denim, and they've been doing it for quite some time. Proud of their rich traditions, yet unafraid to incorporate new innovations, they strive, and succeed, at consistently producing world-class fabric. For the Bonobos Denim line, we worked with Cone® to develop a unique denim dubbed "Wildcard" featured exclusively in our jeans.

A denim legacy that's seen three centuries.

With a heritage that stretches back to 1891, Cone® is the oldest continuously operating denim mill in America. A legacy that began as a 19th century effort to bring textile production south continues to this day, evidenced in every yard of top-quality denim that Cone® produces. The fabric in Bonobos Denim is woven at their White Oak plant, named after a 200-year-old oak tree that once marked the site.

Subtle Stitching: speak softly, carry a great line of denim.

Rather than shouting our name on a big leather label, we've added some class and color with subtle stitching on the waistband and interior side seams of our jeans - a simple nod to the quality and uniqueness of our Bonobos Denim line.

Finished by hand, so each pair is uniquely perfect.

Hand finishing by skilled artisans puts the final touch on a great pair of jeans. Special attention is paid to this process for Bonobos Denim, as it is ultimately what defines each pair and makes it unique. Done freehand without generic forms or templates, using worn stones and sanders for a subtler touch, this personal step imbues the jeans with an authentic feel and character.
