We are looking for Ninjas to take our over-the-phone, on-the-web, and in-person customer experience to the next level. More important than any other factor is a passion for men's fashion and a desire to help us determine exactly what our customer needs to augment his wardrobe and to instill that style sense throughout our brand.
Responsibilities
As with all positions at a rapidly growing start-up, your job will be fast-paced and ever-changing; we want someone who is ready to take on a variety of responsibilities and can be flexible as we continue to develop our strategy.
Expect to take on the following responsibilities right away:
- Help design and run our Bonobos "Fit Lab,"a showroom where we serve and interact with our customers, host special events, and gather data about our products.
- Serve as the front line for all customers that visit our headquarters to purchase or exchange product.
- Offer style advice to customers via phone and online chat as well as on our product pages and our blog.
- Suggest additional purchases through creative gifting, bundling, packaging, and outreach.
- Give input to our in-development customer management system to provide the best possible customer experience
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with significant sales and direct customer interaction experience. We prefer someone with 3+ years of fashion-sector retail experience. If you do not have retail experience, be prepared to share with us why you are right for the job and why you will succeed.
Strong communication and sales skills are an absolute must; synthesizing customer feedback and sharing relevant information with other members of the Bonobos team is essential to success in this role. But most important is a passion for style and an extremely strong personal fashion sense
Compensation
This position will not be commission-based to start but personal sales will be a strong factor in assessing your performance. We offer competitive wages and offer equity incentives to employees.
