Bonobos is one of the fastest growing fashion startups in America. After just 18 months, we have grown from a team of two to a team of 20 and are on pace to sell more than 35,000 pairs of pants this year, direct to our customers.

We attribute our growth to our revolutionary business model; we are building the world's first 100% web-driven, premium men's brand, powered by awesome products, customer service and technology.

Because we don't have the retail stores typical to most apparel companies, we must pay particular attention to the visual presentation of our products both on the web and out of box. We are looking for a junior-level art director/product stylist to round out our team, working closely with our designer and reporting to our Director of Experience to ensure flawless presentation of our product.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to help us build a consistent look and feel across all of the outlets we use to showcase our products - online advertising, our own website, print advertising, PR placement. Ideally, this person has experience helping execute visual standards for an apparel company, either on- or off-line. We expect this person to immediately own ensuring that we feature consistent styling across all product photography - lifestyle and on/off model studio photography. This person will also be expected to interface with our photographers and stylists and help build boards/pull outfits for our major campaigns.

Expect to take on the following responsibilities right away:

• Schedule and interface with photographers to help plan and execute product and lifestyle photoshoots
• Offer input on all on-site advertising, ad campaigns and PR submissions to ensure the highest visual quality
• Assist our merchandise and design team on creating boards and determining our branding
• Retouch and resize photos as necessary for online and print use

The Ideal Candidate

• Has demonstrated excellence in product styling. We are looking to immediately delegate a wide variety of visual oversight to a candidate who can display the passion and eye for detail to take our presentation to the next level
• Is passionate about working at a startup and being an owner of our company
• Understands and embraces our direct business model. Buys in to our philosophy that men don't love shopping and that we can do a better job serving them with a direct approach, primarily through the web
• Is willing to work part time initially to determine whether this is the right fit for both parties
• Has extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite and fashion advertising/photography in general
• Photography experience a plus but not essential - we are most interested in your eye and your ability to make our product look amazing
